Dementia ›

rae-ban:

SSCW held a Halloween Party and it was called Dementia. Last year the party was named Cicatrix and that was the first SSCW party I went. To be honest this year is more epic than the previous one. Sorry for our faces! :-)

Inah De Castro

They also have a jail booth in the party and Inah is the first one from our group to get caught because she is wearing no sleeves and second was me because I’m wearing stripes.

Fish eye effect! :-)

Skins!

Dementia was epic! Best party evahhhh~

Afterschool.

Yesterday was our Teachers’ Day and it went well though it wasn’t that fun and everything was rushed for we had a half-day sced. So, my friends (Christian, Enrique, Inah, and Czar) plus I decided to go to my crib.

First we went to Mcdo for them to eat lunch, then we proceeded. Along the way we bought DVDs (LOL, The Reunion, Amorosa: The Revenge.)

Enrique’s blue contacts will haunt you lol.

RIRI!

And Inah.

After having a short That’s So Raven marathon, we watched LOL starring Miley Cyrus and Douglas Booth. The movie was OK. 6/10

THE PERSON IN THIS PICTURE WILL SLEEP WITH YOU TONIGHT AND WAKE WITH YOU TOMORROW. We couldn’t get enough of the music vid Gayuma by Abra! Watch it!

Say hi to my new wallpaper!

derp

We had to leave and go to Paseo because we got bored. Again. The main reason on why we needed to go to Paseo was that Rae wanted some contacts too. But then when we got there, it was closed. So we just went to …

Moonleaf. Known for serving delicious and affordable sorts of teas and your freedom to write on a Post-it to be shown on a corkboard. And I want to buy a corkboard!

Rae’s Charlie-esque letter!

UNO! We were so noisy.

We all parted ways @ 6 for it was getting dark and we hope this would happen again.

dumbl-edore asked: You are so really good at drawing, x

Thank you! I love your reblogs! xx

“Welcome to the island of misfit toys.”

/ 10

We are centered on Charlie, an introverted yet bright teenager. He writes letters to a stranger about the happenings of his life since his first day of high school. He has to adapt and make friends to survive four years of hell. He then befriends Patrick, and his stepsister Sam. Welcomed and loved, Charlie experiences a series of significant events in an island of misfit toys.

The acting was amazing, but not everyone’s characters were developed well enough. Best known for Percy Jackson, Lerman shows his chops as Charlie, just as I pictured him to be. At first I wasn’t sure if he can give the main character justice, but he actually did. From this strong performance, my view on Lerman changed, and that change is a positive one.

Watson, on the other hand, fits her role as Sam like a glass shoe: charming, eccentric & confident. From this new and challenging role, you won’t even think she was from Hogwarts especially with an American accent. And lastly, Miller as enthusiastic & humorous Patrick: his acting skill is brilliant, and audiences will remember his character best. He plants a huge impact on everyone, just as he did on We Need to Talk About Kevin.

The leads were likable, did their roles perfectly and had wonderful chemistry. The other characters, which I thought were very important, weren’t really staged well and were nearly forgettable. I thought they needed more scenes. Their take on The Rocky Horror Picture Show, hands down. Sure, there were a lot of things happening in the film, and the scenes were fast-paced, but it doesn’t make it cliche.

Having a PG-13 rating, the film threw away some of the book’s happenings that haunted me the most, but it survived without them. The dark themes & topics were handled successfully. There was just something that’s lacking, I may not find it, but the film was balanced. It’s not depressing, it’s a fun-filled take on the dark side of reality that everyone will relate to, in different & infinite ways.

SNAPTHESHOT (Leven), RAE-BAN (Rae), LIESUPONTHEDEVIL (Enrique), and I, were doodling a while ago. We didn’t have white paper, so we vandalized the paper our school gives out for informative stuff.

The first thing I doodled. Basically Enrique stated that this one’s garbage.

Enrique drew a caricature (lol) of me (RIGHT). But he’s a bitch so it’s ugly. I attempted drawing him too (LEFT), but I didn’t make him ugly. Yay for my kind-hearted freaking soul! :-)

Enrique is really a bitch that he drew my friend Timothy (WHEREAWESOMEHAPPENS) like I would draw a Pineapple! :))

Leven’s a paragon of virtue so he drew me with no malice (unless there is something I cannot decipher.. lol).

According to him this is “Baby Doll” from Sucker Punch, but I haven’t watched the movie (yet, hopefully!) so I can’t agree nor disagree with him. :P :) Either way I really like how the eyes were drawn.

Rae drew this “girl version” of Andgrel. Andgrel is a (pretty smart) boy with quite a long chin, so it is assumed that if he did have a feminine version of himself, this would be an illustration of said female.
